Shipping Options

Hypersonix Music offers a number of shipping options for delivery within the United States. We use both the US Postal Service and UPS for shipping. All items will be sent using standard shipping.  If you place an order before 12:00 PM (PST) we guarantee to ship all packages by the next business day. If your order is urgent, we can ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air at additional cost. Remember, do not count weekends and holidays as shipping days. Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

Returns and Exchanges

Policy and Procedure

  • Hypersonix Music offers a 30-day guarantee on all items sold.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, in most cases you can exchange an item or return it for full store credit or refund.  Some exchanges and returns are subject to a restocking fee.  See below for details.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a return item number (RIN).  To receive a RIN, contact our sales department or click here to fill out a request form.  You will be given a RIN and instructions on returning the item(s).  Each item must be in its original packaging without alteration.  Returns or exchanges not meeting these conditions will not be accepted or processed.  Returns should be insured as we will not be responsible for damaged items or items lost during shipment.  We will not accept receipt of items retuned with postage due.  Allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to be processed.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • We insure all shipped orders against damage or lose.  If you feel your order was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately and retain all original packaging materials.
  1. If you have not received your order as scheduled, contact us and we will track the shipment of your order.  If necessary, we will initiate a claim on your behalf.

CD+Gs 

  1. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to provide a refund, store credit or exchange for any opened or unwrapped CD+G unless it is defective.  Within 30 days of your package receipt date, we will accept an unopened, wrapped GD+G for refund, store credit or exchange.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged.  
  2. If you have received a defective CD+G or if you have received an incorrect CD+G due to our mistake, contact us immediately.  Upon return of the CD+G, we will exchange it for another copy of the same CG+G or issue a full refund.  Exchanges will be reshipped using the method originally selected without any additional shipping or handling charges.

Apparel and Merchandise

  • We will issue a refund, store credit or exchange on all apparel and merchandise returned within 30 days of your package receipt date.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

If you have received defective apparel or merchandise or if you have received incorrect apparel or merchandise due to our mistake, contact us immediately.  Upon return of the apparel or merchandise we will exchange the item for another of the same item or issue a full refund.  Exchanges will be reshipped using the method originally selected without any additional shipping or handling charges.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order, contact us immediately during regular business hours and speak to our sales department.  We are not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellation through e-mail or voice messages.  We will make all efforts to cancel your order, but once an order is shipped no cancellation will be accepted.
